Paul Taylor

Vice President, Human Resources  

Paul Taylor is Vice President of Human Resources at Rio Tinto Energy America.  Mr. Taylor is responsible for the Human Resource activities for the company.  He manages a Human Resource staff that supports the three coal mines and the corporate office operations across two states.  

Prior to his appointment as Vice President of Human Resources, Mr. Taylor served as Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative officer for Fort Knox National Company located in Louisville, Kentucky.  Prior to this assignment, Mr. Taylor served as Vice President of Global Human Resources and Shared Service and Vice President of Corporate Human Resources for the Cendant Corporation located in New Jersey.

 Mr. Taylor began his career in the United States Army and was stationed around the globe over the course of his 10-year career.
